Items included in the rental: Microphone, podium, piano (upper), coffee urn, kettle and use of kitchen counter tops, freezer, and fridges during time of rental.
Janitorial fees are additional and vary depending on size of group.

Confirmation Deposit: Is required at the time of the booking and secures the date/event booked. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
Damage Deposit: This is equal to the rent and must be in cash and given prior to the event date. The damage deposit is separate from the rental contract and is returned via cheque after the event on our next cheque run.
Decorating: Depending on availability renters wishing to decorate on the evening prior to their function may do so at a rate of $300.00. Facility access is from 11am to 10pm. Painters tape is the only acceptable means of decorating.
