The SCCA Newsletter
The South Calgary Community
Association, in partnership with Accurate Reproductions, produces
a monthly newsletter to the
community. Delivered to over
4000 households in South Calgary, River Park, Garrison Woods and Altadore, the Scanner (bi-monthly) or the South Calgary Free Press (alternating months) provide details
on community events, clubs and programs offered in our area.
The newsletter is usually delivered in the last few days of each month.
Newsletter Downloads
The following are PDF versions of the newsletter and can be downloaded and opend with Adobe Acrobat (click to download).

The community association
produces the South Calgary
Scanner every other month and always includes an update from the community association President. On alternating months, the
publisher delivers the South Calgary Free Press with a similar look, though not as much content
from the SCCA.
The deadline for submissions is the 5th of each month for the following month's edition. So have all Christmas announcements ready for the 5th of November or Father's day submissions ready for the 5th of May and so on.
There is no cost to advertise community events or services or public service announcements, however, there is a fee for business-associated advertising and all inquiries of a business nature may be made directly to the publisher, Accurate Reprographics, at 251-6654.
The best formats to use are Word documents or PDF files.
The SCCA will also place classifieds ads in the newsletter at a cost of $10 for members or $15 for non-members. The classified must be 30 words or less and be edited for accuracy by the person who is placing it. They may be submitted in person at the SCCA hall or via email to
the General Manager and are payable by cash, cheque or money order.
